Job Title: First Party Credit Union Loan Resolution Agent

Position Overview:

Our credit union is seeking a First Party Credit Union Loan Resolution Agent to join our team. The Loan Resolution Agent will be responsible for managing and resolving loan delinquencies and account discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of credit union policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members who are delinquent on their loans and work to resolve any outstanding issues
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with members in accordance with credit union policies
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and disputes
- Monitor and update accounts based on member communication and payments
- Provide excellent customer service to members and answer any questions or concerns they may have regarding their loans
- Document all interactions and actions taken in accordance with credit union guidelines
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations pertaining to loan collections and consumer protection laws

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with loan collection software and systems
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to loan collections
